Exchange Policy

Monterey Club will gladly accept returns for exchange only of unworn, unwashed logo merchandise purchase from employee. Before returning for exchange any merchandise, please refer to the following procedure:

•  Merchandise must be returned for exchange within 15 days upon receipt of the initial order
•  Complete and submit the Return for Exchange Online Form and await confirmation
•  Customer will be contacted with a Return Authorization Number
•  Include a copy of receipt or invoice along with the returned for exchange merchandise
•  Product hangtags must be attached on the returned merchandise for exchange

Please note that it is not our policy to accept logo merchandise for credit or refund. Exchanges for size, color or different item is acceptable but only with a Return Authorization.

We ask that all customers follow the Return Authorization procedures to ensure proper processing of your return or exchange requests.
